Design
We design trim geometry around the requirements of each application rather than forcing a catalogue design to fit. Our designs range from simple plug-type trims to multi-stage, multi-path configurations. we select the appropriate flow path and pressure-reduction strategy for each service.
Pressure drop alone doesn't damage a valve. What matters is how the valve manages that pressure reduction. Poorly controlled pressure reduction can create excessive local velocities, leading to cavitation, noise, vibration and erosion.

- Multi-stage pressure letdown — staged so no single restriction takes the full pressure drop
- Multi-path flow geometry to distribute energy dissipation across multiple stages

Simulation & Validation
Before anything is machined, the design is validated using computational analysis against the same conditions it will see in service.
Manufacture
Once the design has been validated, it is manufactured to the required dimensional, material and quality specifications—matched to an existing valve for retrofit, or manufactured to a new specification for an OEM partner. We work with qualified manufacturing partners across conventional and specialized processes, selecting the appropriate route for the geometry, material and service requirements.
